CRL is governed by a Board of Directors drawn from the higher education and research libraries communities. The Board, comprised of unpaid members who serve three-year terms, is entrusted with the decisions that ensure CRL’s long-term financial, operational, and organizational viability. Standing committees conduct and review much of the research, development, and planning that informs the decision-making of the full Board.  Committee assignments draw upon the talents and expertise of individual Board members and other representatives of CRL libraries.
